If you’re on this page, you likely have a core to return. We appreciate your purchase and are here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.


How the Core Return Process Works

  1. Complete Our Core Return Form
    Fill out the short form to initiate your core return request.

  2. Receive Free Return Shipping Documents
    Once submitted, we’ll email you a prepaid Bill of Lading (BOL) for your shipment. This must be printed and handed to the freight driver.

  3. Print Your Paperwork
    The carrier will not accept your core without the printed BOL. Please have this ready at the time of pickup.

  4. Prepare the Core for Pickup
    To avoid additional handling fees, make sure your core is “ready to ship” at the scheduled time.

  5. Keep Your Proof of Return
    The driver will sign and return a copy of the paperwork upon pickup. Keep this as confirmation that your core was returned.


What “Ready to Ship” Means

To qualify for a full core credit, your core must meet the following criteria:

  • Fully Assembled and Intact – No missing parts, holes, or cracks

  • Completely Drained – All fluids must be removed

  • Properly Packaged – Use the original crate or tote provided with your remanufactured unit

If your core meets these requirements, you’re just a few clicks away from completing the return.
