National Engine Depot – Shipping Policy
At National Engine Depot, we are committed to providing fast, transparent, and reliable shipping to all of our customers across the continental United States.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates may vary based on product type, location, and current carrier pricing. However, we offer free standard freight shipping on all products within the lower 48 states.
Standard Residential Shipping Charges (Now FREE):
- Engines and Transmissions: $249 – Now FREE
- Transfer Cases: $175 – Now FREE
- Differentials: $349 – Now FREE
- Cylinder Heads: $25 – Now FREE
Please note that some locations such as Long Island (NY), Cape Cod (MA), and the Florida Keys may incur additional freight charges due to carrier surcharges.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and international destinations is not included in our standard freight program. If you’re in these regions, contact us at sales@nationalenginedepot.com for a custom shipping quote.
We may arrange to ship to a freight forwarder of your choice within the U.S. You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, core returns, and international freight from that point forward.
Note: Our warranty coverage applies only to products used within the continental U.S. If the item is exported, all freight costs related to returns or warranty claims will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Commercial Delivery Discounts
We offer discounted shipping rates for deliveries made to verified commercial addresses. If you are shipping to a business, please specify during checkout or notify us via email.
Residential Shipping Guidelines
Deliveries are made via freight carriers using tractor-trailers. It is at the driver’s discretion whether delivery can be made directly to your location (e.g., cul-de-sacs, narrow roads, or sloped driveways). If access is restricted, delivery will be made as close as possible.
This does not affect your shipping rate.
Delivery Changes & Re-Delivery Fees
Once your order has been placed, any requests for:
- Changing the shipping address
- Requesting a liftgate
- Re-delivery due to missed delivery
…will result in additional fees charged to the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct at checkout.
If you’re not available during the scheduled delivery window, the freight carrier may apply a re-delivery fee.
Order Processing and Tracking
- Orders are processed and shipped based on availability and freight scheduling.
- Once your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Your card is charged at the time of order, not upon shipment.
- Most freight shipments include a pre-arranged delivery window.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. A valid residential or commercial address within the 48 contiguous U.S. states is required.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, report it immediately by emailing sales@nationalenginedepot.com.
Please do not refuse the shipment unless instructed by our team. Doing so may delay processing and refund eligibility.
Returned items due to damage will be subjected to a 0% restocking fee.
Incorrect Orders or Product Fitment
We strive for 100% accuracy. If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we’ll correct it at no cost to you. If the incorrect item was ordered on your end, you will be responsible for return shipping and any applicable fees.
Failed Deliveries and Lost Shipments
If you suspect a lost or stolen shipment, use your tracking number to file a claim with the carrier. If you miss your scheduled delivery window, please coordinate directly with the carrier to reschedule.
International Shipping and Core Returns
If you choose to export your order internationally:
- You must pay the core charge upfront
- Core returns must be arranged at your expense
- Warranty service outside the U.S. requires you to return the product to us at your cost
We do not cover export freight or customs fees under any circumstances.
Multiple Shipments or Addresses
If you need your order sent to multiple locations, please contact us at sales@nationalenginedepot.com before placing your order. Additional freight fees may apply.
Rush or Special Shipping Requests
Expedited and special delivery options are available upon request. These will incur additional fees. Email sales@nationalenginedepot.com for availability and a quote.
Minimum Order Policy
We have no minimum order requirement. Whether you’re ordering a full engine or a single part, we’re happy to serve you.
