Here’s how our price match guarantee works:
At National Engine Depot, we’re committed to offering the best value on every crate engine, car engine, transmission, transfer case, differential, vertical or horizontal engine, and cooling system we sell. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product from a verified competitor, we’ll match it provided we can verify the pricing on the competitor’s website. Screenshots, emails, or verbal quotes are not accepted. The item must be identical in fitment, condition (remanufactured and new), and warranty terms, including labor reimbursement coverage and duration. It must also be in-stock and available for immediate sale; we do not match prices on products that are backordered, discontinued, on closeout, or require special orders. Our price match is based on the total cost of the item, including shipping, delivery, core charges, and any return fees. This ensures you’re protected from misleading pricing tactics that hide costs until checkout. To request a price match, simply email the competitor’s product link to sales@nationalenginedepot.com, and our team will respond promptly.
Situations where our price match guarantee does not apply
Our Price Match Guarantee is designed to offer fair and transparent value, but there are certain situations where it does not apply. We are unable to match pricing on previously placed orders, and price adjustments cannot be applied retroactively. If a competitor’s price is found to be in error and subsequently corrected when we contact them, we cannot honor the original incorrect pricing. We do not match prices on used, damaged, refurbished, or open-box items. Additionally, we cannot match prices that are tied to coupons, rebates, quantity discounts, membership-based pricing, or special-order terms. Closeout and discontinued products are also excluded from our price match program.
Please note that our Price Match Guarantee does not include local or state taxes, and the policy is subject to change without prior notice. National Engine Depot also reserves the right to determine price match eligibility on a case-by-case basis, including circumstances not specifically outlined above.
